Hotel Van Dyk has four meeting rooms:

  • The “Sherwood Suite” is the largest with seating for around 200 delegates.
  • The “Devonshire Suite” can be used with the Sherwood Suite to increase capacity by 40, or on its own as a self contained suite.
  • The Bowden Restaurant has a seating capacity of up to 60 delegates
  • The private Bowden Library has a seating capacity for up to 16 delegates.

All four suites are equipped with the latest facilities for conferencing, seminars, presentations and product launches.

All rooms are equiped with complimentary WI-FI access WiFi Zone

We also offer secretarial services, photocopying and equipment hire.
